FAIRWIND SEARCH PARTNERS, is an executive recruiting firm based in NC and recruit nationwide. The majority of our recruiting is in banking and finance.

I like to think our true specialty is “changing lives” professionally and personally. Our belief is successful companies thrive when they focus on employing the best talent as opposed to the most available. We build and maintain long lasting relationships with our clients and candidates.  One of our core beliefs is when someone asks you for help, work related or not, we have a moral obligation to help them if we can. We realize we can’t help every company or candidate. We don’t want to waste anyone’s time that will hinder their process moving forward, so we’ll always respond honestly and professionally.
